EMPOWERED NUTRITION CONSULTATION & SUPPORT 

In depth nutrition analysis and consultation (for you and/or the family) with coaching support / follow up.

Available as a 3 or 6 month package.

Includes:

 

  • Initial consultation, comprehensive recommendations and support

  • Client-centred coaching, tailored to the needs of the individual, to cover nutrition, fitness, body image

  • Individualised Physical activity programme

  • Specific activities to support key needs, such as body image, emotional eating

  • Practical support with meal planning and recipe development

  • Weekly check-in and feedback

  • Monthly goal review and problem-solving session

  • WhatsApp support

NOURISH & THRIVE SESSION

Individual practical session to address one-off or specific issues, such as meal planning, fuelling kid’s sports, mindful eating.

  • Session tailored to the needs of the client

  • Focus on problem solving and providing ‘key actions’ that client can take away to address specific issue / concern

  • Standalone – no ongoing feedback or coaching included
